- All information submitted — including company name, CR number, contact details, and supply category — is accurate and current
- You are an authorised representative of the company you are registering
- Submission of the form does not guarantee inclusion on YM Group’s approved vendor list or award of any contract
- YM Group reserves the right to accept, reject, or defer any vendor application at its sole discretion
- Approved vendor status may be revoked at any time if the company fails to meet YM Group’s quality, compliance, or ethical standards
YM Group does not charge any fee for vendor registration. Any entity soliciting payment on behalf of YM Group for vendor registration purposes is fraudulent.
